We are open Monday 8 am – 5 pm, Wednesday 8 am – 7 pm, Thursday 8 am – 5 pm, and Friday 8 am – 2 pm

What if I have an emergency?

Call us during regular office hours at (937) 848-5986 or after hours at (937) 524-5760 and leave a message with your name and number where you can be reached, in most cases we can return your call within 30 minutes. Between 10 pm and 6 am we will not be able to return your calls.

In most cases we are able to see you the same day or next day when you have an emergency!

Do I need a referral?

Do you see children?

Yes, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends the first dental visit by age one.

Do you treat pregnant patients?

Yes, in fact it is highly recommended to have dental examinations and some kinds of treatment during pregnancy.

Do you accept dental insurance?

Yes, please call to find out about yours.

Do you accept Medicaid or Caresource?

Unfortunately we do not.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, check, credit card, debit, and we offer financing through Care Credit and Lending Club.

Do you use latex products?

No. All of our dental products are latex free. However, on some days we have latex balloons in the office.

Is your office wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

How is my personal information protected?

Since our office is 100% electronic, it is important to ensure that your information is protected. We maintain our electronic records on computers within our office. Only backups are stored off-site. We avoid the use of wireless transfer, except when you fill out a form though a secured site. We do not use email to transfer your personal information except when you request it. Instead any information from a form is directly downloaded from a secured site.
